Our Quality Promise
We take pride in every item we sell. All products are carefully selected and made to order, not mass-produced. Because of this, we only accept returns or exchanges if an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Reporting an Issue
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is a problem, contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Return Eligibility
If your return is approved:
• The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging
• The item must be shipped back within 10 days of delivery
• Returns must be approved before being sent
*Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will send you:
• A prepaid return shipping label
• Instructions on how and where to send your item

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
• Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.

Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Sale items
• Gift cards
